Who we are
$0.00 Cancellation Fee Plans is a DBA of 0 Commit Energy, LLC. We are a Pennsylvania electricity broker, licensed by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission under electricity broker license A-2025-3056963.
We are not your electric utility and we are not an electricity supplier. Your utility continues to deliver your electricity and maintain the lines. The plan you choose sets who supplies it.
In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean 0 Commit Energy, LLC, and “you” means anyone using this site.
How we are paid
As a licensed Pennsylvania electricity broker, we are paid a commission by suppliers for connecting customers with them. That is how we make money.
What you pay for electricity is set by the plan you choose. Each plan’s price, and the rest of its terms, are in that plan’s own documents in the shopping experience.
Using this site means agreeing to these terms
These terms set out the rights and obligations of everyone who uses 0CancellationFee.com. By using the site you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the site.
You must be 18 or over to use this site. Our Privacy Policy applies as well, and it is worth reading before you use the site.
This site explains who we are and what we do, and it is where you start shopping for a plan. Nothing on it is an offer of electricity supply, and nothing on it is a contract for electricity.
What “$0.00 cancellation fee” means
Every plan we offer has a $0.00 cancellation fee, also called an early termination fee. If you leave the plan before its term ends, the supplier does not charge you a fee for leaving.
It does not mean the plan has no other charges, and it does not mean electricity is free. Price, the length of the term, what happens when the term ends, and how you are billed vary from plan to plan. Those details, and each plan’s own documents, are in the shopping experience. Read them before you enroll.
Each plan’s own documents are the authority on that plan’s cancellation fee, as they are on its other terms.
We do not promise savings
We do not promise that you will save money. Electricity prices vary from plan to plan and change over time. The shopping experience shows each plan’s price so that you can compare it with what you pay now and decide for yourself.
Who can use our plans
Our plans are for residential electricity customers in Pennsylvania. We do not offer natural gas plans and we do not offer commercial electricity plans. By submitting an enrollment request you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract for service at the address you are shopping for, and that the information you give is true, correct and complete.
Cancelling an enrollment
If you want to cancel an enrollment request you submitted, contact the supplier you enrolled with. We cannot process the cancellation for you. Your supplier’s documents explain how to do it and what rights you have to cancel.
Availability, errors and inaccuracies
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or always reachable. Plan information comes from the shopping experience and from the suppliers. It may be out of date, described inaccurately, or no longer available, and we may be slow to update it. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change information at any time without notice.
So read the supplier’s plan documents before you submit an enrollment request. Where this site and a plan’s own documents disagree, the plan’s documents are correct.
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any part of it at any time.
How you may use this site
Use the site for its purpose: learning about us and shopping for a plan. Please do not try to break into it, disrupt it, collect data from it automatically, or use it in a way that breaks the law or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.
Limits on our responsibility
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or connected with your use of this site, or your inability to use it — including lost profits, lost savings, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy — even if we have been told such damages are possible.
Some states do not allow these exclusions or limits. Where that is so, our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them limits your rights against the supplier under the plan you enrolled in.
Links to other websites
This site links to sites we do not own or control, including the shopping experience and sites run by suppliers, your utility, and government bodies. We take no responsibility for their content, their terms or their privacy practices, and we are not liable for any loss caused by your use of or reliance on them. We strongly advise you to read the terms and the privacy policy of any site you visit.
Our content and marks
The text, images, design and logos on this site, excluding content supplied by suppliers, are and remain the property of 0 Commit Energy, LLC and the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may read, print and share pages for your own use in shopping for a plan. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Feedback you send us
If you send us suggestions or ideas about how this site works, you assign all rights in them to us. If that assignment does not take effect for any reason, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use them without restriction.
Governing law
The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, govern these terms and your use of this site. Other local, state or federal laws may also apply to how you use it.
Resolving a dispute
If you have a concern or a dispute about this site, please try to resolve it with us informally first by getting in touch. It is usually quicker, and we would rather fix the problem than argue about it.
Severability and waiver
If any part of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be read so as to achieve what it was meant to achieve as far as the law allows, and the rest of the terms stay in force.
If we do not exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under these terms, that does not mean we give it up, and excusing one breach does not excuse a later one.
Changes to these terms
We may update, modify or replace these terms at any time, without notice. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, so please check back often. By continuing to use the site after a change is posted you agree to the revised terms. If you do not agree to them, please stop using the site.
Questions and complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us first — call 1-800-698-5853 or email hello@0cancellationfee.com, and we will look into it.
If your complaint is about your electricity service rather than about this site, your supplier and your utility each have their own complaint process, and their documents explain it. You may also contact the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
